The variety of this little scene made me quite happy to find. I was happy in this moment because I was struggling to find anything worth-while. I was meandering through forests for hours and days, finding little to be proud of photographically and artistically. But as things usually happen, it showed itself and the creative and enjoyment of creating came forward. The golden Larch trees of Montana's rugged landscapes are a treasure. They might be difficult to photograph but damn are they pretty. The young and old Larches together is really the ticket for success if you ask me. Showing separation in height, depth and age. Enjoy
