Landscape photographer, instructor, and guide
Hunter Page
I am a full-time fine-art landscape photographer based in rural Torrey, Utah. My work has been published by National Geographic, featured in exhibitions and private collections across the United States, and selected for inclusion in the NLPA 2025 book.
I lead daily photography tours and multi-day workshops throughout the American West, helping photographers slow down, simplify what they see, and make stronger decisions in the field.

Artist Statement
Quiet work, made slowly.
While in natural environments, I feel my best. I feel at home, connected, and present. When a place seems to call for more time, I immerse myself in it: how weather moves across the land, how light changes color, how sand, stone, water, trees, and air hold the evidence of transformation.
My approach is quiet, deliberate, and methodical. I move slowly through the landscape, studying the scene and noticing small changes in light, color, and movement. I remain present until composition, atmosphere, and emotion come together.
Photography is the medium through which I can most honestly express what I experience in those fleeting moments. Each finished print is an extension of that experience, preserving the wonder, stillness, and character of a place while bringing its presence into someone else's space.
The Work
Intentional and creative photography, teaching, and local guidance.
Fine Art Prints
Quiet, deliberate landscape photographs created to stand on their own and produced with archival materials.
Photography Instruction
Approachable, hands-on teaching for photographers who want stronger compositions and more intentional field decisions.
Regional Guidance
Local knowledge of Southern Utah built through years of scouting, guiding, and returning to the same places in changing light.
My clients return year after year for an approachable teaching style, clear explanations of complex ideas, and a non-judgmental atmosphere that encourages genuine growth. The goal is not only to improve camera technique, but to help people feel more capable and attentive in the landscape.
Living in Southern Utah gives me a close relationship with the region's changing conditions. I spend extensive time exploring Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, the Waterpocket Fold, the Utah Badlands, the high-country forests surrounding Torrey, and the Colorado Plateau in general. I am now expanding internationally after spending more than a month in Norway, with a new workshop underway for 2027.
