Lines and light of the Mesquite Dunes of Death Valley National Park. These scenes are plentiful, the trick is to make sense of what is going on because there is a lot happening all at once. This was one of those, as the light began to fade, the light lands on only the highest points of each dune, in this case showcasing lines, patters, shapes and contrast. The faint lines just picking up that sunlight was my focus, a shimmer of light, on the edge of the blade of a knife.
