High Uinta Mountains, Utah
Beautiful colors of sunset deep in the backcountry of the High Uinta Mountains of Utah. We had days of rain, high winds, lightning, fog and more. We were about 20 miles into the backcountry at this point. This was going to be our third night camping out of six. This day was so fun backpacking. We hiked up and over a pass to drop down into the stunning mountain valley filled with lakes, mountains and so much more! The high Uinta Mountains are unlike any other mountain range that exists.
