Glacier Lagoon, Iceland. 2022

Triangles and reflections. Being present and thinking slowly, these moments allow new ideas, thoughtful observations, and being open to new possibilities. I cannot tell you just how great this was here. The lagoons, containing icebergs calving off from a huge glacier, creating a huge lake of ocean water at high tide. Come low-tide, the water rushed out to the ocean and taking with it all the icebergs that have been floating in the lagoon. Though on this visit, the lagoon began to freeze, yeah, ocean water began to freeze, making the icebergs sit and not move out to the ocean at low tide. But what resulted in this was a perfectly still landscape.
