Lullaby

Capitol Reef National Park Fall. 2024

Being open to all possibilities while out photographing is a must. When being out in natural landscapes, with the intent to create, this is the only way you can really go about it. This is what I believe. This is one of those scenes that I could have easily missed if I had a specific scene in mind. Because this is so nuanced, it was fairly hidden out of plain sight, it required more than just roadside, thoughtless photographing. This scene and many scenes require you to work with a scene intimately, with no rush. As was this photograph. I moved left, right, up, down and all around to take away any distractions while maintaining a quality composition. I enjoyed photographing this little scene. I hope you enjoy it as well.
