A wild display of sand ripples. A planetary like display of the rings of Saturn or something interstellar. This image sat on my hard drive for six years before discovering it. After processing it, I quite like it. The feeling is just so unique and one that speaks deeply to those looking for more then a simple look and pass type of experience. As I hope you will take your time viewing rather then moving along.
This was a scene I photographing in Death Valley National Park, California. This was on the Mesquite Sand Dunes, vast area of beautiful dunes, shapes by wind and time, stuck in-between mountains in a vast valley.
As these dunes shift-shape, depositing sand elsewhere in times of high winds, new scenes come together that may only be present for that day, minute or hour. It is those moments and realizations that I truly love and look forward to experiencing.
Each medium presents light, color, and texture differently. Every option is produced to order with archival, gallery-quality materials and personally reviewed before shipping.
01
Acrylic
Luminous depth and clarity
The photograph is presented beneath optically clear acrylic, giving color a rich, dimensional quality and preserving crisp detail. Acrylic has a polished, contemporary presence and responds beautifully to natural or directed light.
Especially suited for
Bold color, fine detail, and modern spaces
02
Archival Luster
Classic photographic character
Printed on archival photographic paper with a refined luster surface, this option balances rich tonal range with low glare. Its subtle texture feels traditional and intimate. Framing is available by request.
Especially suited for
Soft light, nuanced tones, and flexible framing
03
Gallery Canvas
Tactile and understated
Canvas introduces a gentle woven texture that softens reflections while retaining the atmosphere and color of the original scene. Hand-finished edges create a complete, ready-to-display artwork with a warm physical presence.
Especially suited for
