Canadian Rockies - Castle Mountain 2024
Though we didn't stand here long, this view was mind boggling. I stood with my telephoto on my tripod, watching small glimpse of light move across this ice and snow covered peak. The temperatures were mild - as you would not expect given the scene and time of year. But the high peaks remained in cold temperatures remaining in ice covered - snow-covered mountains We spent a week photographing these peaks, valleys, frozen lakes and rushing rivers. What a great time.
