Silent Echoes

Ship-Wreck

Canyon Country, Utah.

This was a very unique section of rock. One that was easy to pass by simply because the uniqueness of it was only shown from a specific angle, from where I stood; precariously perched on a slanted slab of sandstone, angling the camera off axis. Creating the oddness of this moment from within and outward. I believe this was my first day in the canyon. Not having a ton of time to work with scenes as I was mainly scouting the entirety of the canyon to see which sections received what time of light at certain times of day. But, I made an exception to work with this scene. It was hard to continue "scouting" when such beauty is right in front of your face.
