Fishlake National Forest, Utah. 2023
One of the most beautiful fall photography scenes I have come across. This aspen grove was extremely clean. The younger aspen trees of yellow speckled leaves make the taller aspens look like they are floating. Coming out from the dense layers of leaves. The background contains sunlit bright yellow colors and blue skies. A color combination from the heavens. The naturally white aspen trunks take on cooler hues and warmer hues as the surrounding light changes, in this scenario, the aspens took on a cooler hue. Contrasting with the yellow leaves and matching a bit with the blue sky. This is a location I visit during my Utah Fall Colors Workshop. A workshop where we stay in private cabins, eat home-made meals together and spend mass amounts of time in the field, working through beautiful scenes.

Acrylic, Luster & Canvas Options
Each medium presents light, color, and texture differently. Every option is produced to order with archival, gallery-quality materials and personally reviewed before shipping.
01
Luminous depth and clarity
The photograph is presented beneath optically clear acrylic, giving color a rich, dimensional quality and preserving crisp detail. Acrylic has a polished, contemporary presence and responds beautifully to natural or directed light.
Especially suited for
Bold color, fine detail, and modern spaces
02
Classic photographic character
Printed on archival photographic paper with a refined luster surface, this option balances rich tonal range with low glare. Its subtle texture feels traditional and intimate. Framing is available by request.
Especially suited for
Soft light, nuanced tones, and flexible framing
03
Tactile and understated
Canvas introduces a gentle woven texture that softens reflections while retaining the atmosphere and color of the original scene. Hand-finished edges create a complete, ready-to-display artwork with a warm physical presence.
