After a pretty stressful day, I hit the road and came to Lake McDonald here in Glacier National Park. This time of day of quiet, peaceful, and tranquil. I sat quietly watching the beauty for an hour before pulling out the camera to begin my process. When I walked to the lakeshore, to this unique tree somehow still alive on the edge of Lake McDonald, I knew I had arrived. I stood here for likely an hour or so. Not too long. But in those moments, the light faded, birds of many species came and went and I was there to watch each moment in what was a peaceful and quiet evening.
