Ghosts in Forests

I was on the search for a winter, forest scene. I was also on the lookout for this type of scene you see: One golden Larch tree among dark gray and black trees. Something else I instantly liked was the Oldman Hair that was growing off the tree bark and branches, giving a softness to the scene. I was driving slowly, being the only one on the remote dirt road, I could do this no problem. I parked right on the road, again, there is not a soul around, and walked into this forests to photograph this single Larch. I ended up spending an hour in here and in a nearby mature birch forest. I walked all around, not seeing or hearing a single thing. It was a beautiful thing. It was so silent that if anything were in the area, you would hear it.
