Intimate Scenes

Nearing End

As the wind blew, the needles from the Larch Pine trees would fly off by the thousands, spinning until they landed into this natural pond and all over the forest floor. It was quite odd seeing this occur, because, for my entire life, I never saw pine trees needles fall off in droves, as if deciduous trees. Though these Larch trees are a deciduous and a conifer tree. Here you can see the needles of larch trees and the leaves of mostly Black Cottonwood trees.
