The quiet sounds of leaves rustling and the subtle crashing of the lakes waves on the rocky shore of Two Medicine Lake. The view, red and dim is of Sinopah Mountain, Pumpelly Pillar Mountain, Lone Walker Mountain and Two Medicine Lake. A view I have seen many many times before. Though, only once for sunrise besides this morning. There had been a lot of rain as of late as well as smoke. But on this morning the smoke cleared, as did the rain, and when the sun did rise, it lent a deep red and orangeness to the light. Everything was glowing a slightly red hue. It was brisk, maybe 40 degrees. but the views made the temperatures seem mild.
