Mountain Landscapes

Drenched

All day was just pouring rain with short 10-20 minute breaks. I slogged up this trail, on the lookout for bears, wet to the bone. The rain stopped after hours and for just enough time to photograph this scene. My hands were so cold I was unable to use them. I would use my palms and teeth to press the shutter button! It was that cold. I loved this scene instantly. I hiked up the Baring Creek Trail, leading to the Siyeh Pass and mountain. I came to this waterfall of Baring Creek, while the low fog and clouds were moving along the mountains high-above, showcasing waterfalls, mountain peaks and pristine but stunted forests.
